More recent cases contain more than just the basics with regard to the identity

PA Court Records - Piecing Missing The Pieces
You may encounter some records that are incomplete. Juvenile records are
sometimes destroyed once the individual reaches the age of majority to give him
the chance to start a new life.
The fact that portions of a record have been destroyed already does not mean
that you won’t be able to find out what the omitted information were all about.

and census records
You should not limit your search to the courthouses alone. Public and private
libraries house books and documents that contain details about the case that you
are looking for. Police journals and publications may also be of help to your
search. They are often archived at the police stations.
While going through secondary sources would mean flipping through hundreds of
musty or brittle pages, these documents may be instrumental in building key
links and connections that are missing in your search because of the
unavailability or incompleteness of the court records.
