Hilton and Todd Meister divorced in Las Vegas. At present, Meister is
working on his businesses in New York and is said to be single. Hilton

Todd Meister is a money manager and businessman from New York. Hilton
and Meister met a few years back since he was a family friend of the
Hiltons. They dated for a few months before suddenly tying the knot in
an early morning ceremony in Las Vegas on August 15, 2004 which was
reportedly prepared by Paris Hilton according to marriage divorce

to annul their marriage. The couple has come to an agreement that it is

the hotel business and doing some acting and designing as well.
A settlement or alimony was not mentioned, which may mean that either
individual didn't walk away from the divorce having more than what
they've started with. Hilton said that their decision to separate was

Clark County Family Court.
Besides the fact that they lived so far apart, Todd Meister is also
thirteen years Hilton's senior. The hotel heiress was only 20 years old
while Meister was a mature 33 when they got married. According to
public divorce records, there were rumors that Meister could not handle
Hilton's free-spirited attitude. She was still into parties and fun
while Meister was all about being productive and getting stable.
However, either of the two seemed content with the decision to annul
their marriage and the divorce was finalized in November 2004.

Hilton and Meister remained close friends after the
annulment of their marriage. Hilton started to experiment in the hotel
business after as well as tried acting in the movie National Lampoon's
