Hudson. The official date of filing was on November 17, 2006 with
irreconcilable differences as the main reason for the separation. The

Robinson is asking for joint custody over their child. Hudson also
retaliated by filing for divorce despite Robinson's initial move which

each other. Their marriage apparently came to a standstill after six
years.

that the couple did plan to remarry but Hudson backed out at the last
minute. Divorce records show that Hudson is currently in an on-and-off
relationship with Owen Wilson. She also was recently spotted with MTV
face Dax Shepard. Robinson has been quiet these past few reports and
seems to be very busy going on reunion tours and making a comeback
album.
